Blitz makes large tech investment

Global Experience Specialists’ (GES) audio visual business in Europe, Blitz, has announced a major investment in new equipment for 2015, increasing its stock of DisplayLED 3.9mm pitch panels and adding the Barco HDF 26K projector platform to its fleet.

This increase in inventory, which also includes more than 100 Samsung displays ranging in size from 46” to 95”, enables Blitz to continue to supply the most capable technology available.

Paul Hutton, Blitz’ssa managing director, explained his reasoning behind this investment, saying, “Against a backdrop of constant progress, it’s imperative for Blitz to continuously invest in advanced video technologies to provide the greatest impact for our clients’ events. Being able to deliver state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment to our live event and exhibition clients as part of an integrated technical solution is central to our proposition.”
